Description:

First seen during World War II, P-47 jackets were worn by USMC soldier in the late 1940s. They were constructed from herringbone twill (HBT) fabric, which has a very distinctive weave pattern.

This particular piece has visible EGA stencil and handwritten name “J. Brady” above the chest pocket. There are normal signs of wear including holes and discoloration. All of the original buttons are present.
